Thanksgiving: Shipping Ends November 24 and Resume December 1.
Christmas: Shipping Ends December 18 and Resumes January 5.

Order Processing & Shipping
We ship Monday–Wednesday within the continental U.S. Via Ground Shipping (1–3 business days) depending on your location: East Coast, Midwest, or Southeastern U.S.
Orders placed Wednesday–Sunday will ship out Monday to avoid weekend transit delays and protect the quality of frozen desserts.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number once fulfilled, allowing you to follow your shipment from our facility to your door.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, your order may arrive in more than one package if items require different handling or packaging.
You will receive individual tracking details for each package.
Returns
As with all of our products, returns are not accepted.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
