RETURNS

Perishable and temperature-controlled items are not eligible for return. All products are shipped and handled under controlled conditions to maintain quality and food safety.

REFUNDS

If there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or quality concern), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@gourmetdeville.com with a description and photo of the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
