Q#1: Do you ship worldwide?

Answer: We ship in the U.S. only.

Q#2:  I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?

Answer: Only If the order was placed over the weekend or cancelled right after if the order is placed. Perishable orders have a very short cancellation window.

Q#3: Can I add/remove products from my order?

Answer: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or edited in any form.

Q#4: Can I track my packages online?

Answer: You can easily track your packages online.

Q5: How are frozen desserts shipped?

Answer: All frozen desserts orders are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice to keep products frozen during transit.
